---Outstanding Kung Fu Academy, Excellent Kung Fu Moral

Since having been looking forward to tour Wudang Mountain, I felt fairly excited and went there on  April 22. They met me at the Train station and sent me to Wudang Kung Fu Academy. I was impressed by the couplet which introduces the inheritance of this Kung Fu Academy and Kung Fu moral. Kung Fu Academy was connected to Yuanhe Temple. It looks like paradise which consisted of beautiful hills, joyful birds’ cry, and wreathing cloud and mist. The quadrangle was arranged in order.
The practice field, the equipment room, the studying hall , the dorm, the cafeteria, the laundry room were all clean and bright. Three practice fields provided enough space for Kung Fu students, and this was a perfect place for me to study Wushu.    

 I. Feeling of Warmness and Care

Our Health Preserving Class lived on the third floor. We were form different provinces such as Dalian, Hebei, Hunan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and different countries such as US, Britain, Australia. I lived in a room which is divided into three rooms and two halls. The brand-new bed, closet and other furnitures offered confortable environment and convenience.  Each meal consisted of 5-6 dishes which was a scientific combination of meat, fish, chicken, egg, vegetables and soup. It made us fortable and content as if you were home

II. Master Shixing, just like our family member
This is the second time I saw Master Chen Shixing, and I strongly senesd teacher’s patient and useful teaching which are mainly in the following areas 

i. Noble Kung fu morality deserve great admiration: the teacher is a man modest, simple, honest, and lively. Every day we eat together and live together. He is  smiling at us all the time and think for his students in every aspect. From the teacher I find the noble quality of helping others, and  see a spirit of perseverance to climb the peak of  martial arts.

ii. Superb teaching methods : in teaching  the teacher  put philosophy theory such as Chinese ancient Taiji,Yin and Yang, the five elements, the eight trigrams into boxing practice, using simple and understandable  language so that it’s very easy for us to understand, at the same time takes demonstrations and  hands-on teaching, so that all of us are moved in this, please allow me to express my gratitude to him: Master, thanks for your teaching!

III. The place of learning Wushu is like fairyland for preserving health 
Wudang Kungfu Academy is situated beside Yuanhe Temple,Shiyan city,Hubei province,China. The environment which is beautiful, quiet, clean and hamonious is the best place for learning Wushu.  What’s more, this academy absorbed the Kungfu spirit of   fairy mountain Wudang: preserving health in quiteness, training Wushu skills in movement. The academy can hold hundreds of students practising Wushu. Although it is not the biggest Wushu Academy, it is the best choice for leaning Wushu.

IV. Short time training is just like studying of decades
I’ve practising shadowboxing for nearly a decade, but this time I bebefit a lot in learning health preserving. I understand that every movement in Wushu reflects the regulation to pschology and life. Health preserving benefit a great deal to our body as improving collateral circulation, nourishing blood and adjusting spirit, replenishing and nourishing viscera, and exerting a favorable influence to our body and mentality.

Near the end of my short training, I feel more and more unwilling to leave. At the time of leaving, I would like to extend my good wishes to my teacher and hope this academy have a better future. I wil never forget my time staying here.
