Notice: The students must train and rest according to this schedule. They are not allowed to be late for class at random, leave early or be absent from class. If there are special needs or circumstances, you should ask the teacher first. This will not only be good for your training but will also make it convenient for us to arrange your courses.

Master Chen is both the head coach and director of our school. He will teach every student from abroad himself. In order to ensure the teaching quality, the number of foreign students is usually controlled within ten. Only by doing so can Master Chen has enough time to teach each student.

What’s more, we have set up Chinese Class to help all the foreigners here to learn much more about martial arts, Chinese and Taoist culture as well.

You are free to choose any program you like. We have the common goals.

Classes

(1)health-preserving
Students will learn the basic theory of Taoist health-preserving. This program includes basic skills of Wudang Sanfeng Taichi Quan, Taichi Sword, Taichi qigong, Taoist qigong, sitting and standing meditation, etc.

(2) hard qigong
Students will learn moral principles and basic theory of Wudang qigong. They will start with Wudang hard qigong and sitting and standing meditation. After half a year, the student will be able to withstand being hit by heavy sticks, and will remain intact and unfazed under heavy attack of both fists and legs.

(3) traditional Chinese wushu
Students will learn moral principles and basic theory of Wudang wushu. They start from practicing the basic skills, from which point they move on to study neijia quan (internal fist styles), weapons, qigong, qinggong (light-bodied techniques) and other traditional forms. They move from the lower levels to the higher ones; kung fu comes naturally after the building of a firm foundation.

(4) traditional free-boxing
Students will learn moral principles and basic theory of Wudang free-boxing. They start by learning the 36 forms of Wudang leg-attack. This training combines traditional wushu with modern free-boxing & wrestling, and makes use of both Taichi Quan’s push-hands and Xingyi Quan’s explosive strength. They will learn the psychology of actual combat and skills needed for contests. In addition, students will learn important Wudang boxing strategies. Finally their leg-attacks will be as fast as the wind, hitting their target without fail.
